Heightened Potential Co. has been serving clients and families since 2008.  We pride ourselves in providing services with the whole child and family in mind.  Our therapists integrate a variety of techniques and strategies including equine movement and interactions as well as family/play based interventions.

E. Jeanni Bonine MS, OTR/L, HPCS, CTRI

Occupational Therapist

Owner/ Director

Jeanni is the founder of Heightened Potential Co. and graduated in 2003 from Western Michigan University's program in occupational therapy.  She later completed a post professional masters in Complementary & Alternative Medicine with an emphasis in nutrition and is in process of completing a masters certificate in Infant and Early childhood Mental Health through Northern Illinois University.  Jeanni  holds a certification in a multitide of  interventions including sensory integration (SIPT), is an IL certified early intervention specialist, early intervention evaluator and is an AHCB board certified hippotherapy clinical specialist.  Jeanni has a passion for integrating natural environments, play based interventions, family coaching, eating/ mealtime and holistic health into her treatments.  Jeanni currently  provides services in family's homes in Roane and Cumberland counties through the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS), at our onsite location in Rockwood and at our partner facility STAR's Lenoir City location. 

Lora Casasfranco MOTR/L


Occupational Therapist

Lora attended University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she receieved a bachelor's degree in recreational therapy.   She later graduated with a Masters of Occupational Therapy from Tennessee State University in 2019.  Lora has additional training through the American Hippotherapy Association Inc. in integrating hippotherapy as a treatment tool in her practice.  Lora also has additional training an interest in early intervention family based coaching, supporting sensory needs and feeding/ mealtime goals.   Lora currently provides OT services in family's homes primarily in Knox and Anderson counties through TEIS, via teletherapy and at our partner facility STAR's Lenoir City location. 


Ashley Underwood OTD, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Ashley attended Emory & Henry College in Emory, VA where she received her bachelor's degree in exercise science. She received her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the Emory & Henry College School of Health Sciences. Ashley completed her Doctoral Capstone Experience in a community-based daycare addressing infant container use and promoting evidence-based practices through caregiver education. She has experience in outpatient pediatrics, early intervention, and skilled nursing. Ashley is passionate about collaborating with interprofessional team members to best support clients and their individual needs. She has additional experience in sensory integration and emotional regulation practices. Ashley will be providing services in homes for TEIS families in Blount, Knox, Anderson, Jefferson and Sevier counties. 

Alison Sheehan MS, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Ali graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2013 with pediatric coursework from the Medical University of South Carolina. As a military spouse, Ali has worked in four different states in many different pediatric settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, and early intervention. She has also utilized an aquatic setting for therapy in the past. Ali has done a variety of additional training to incorporate into her practice, including coursework with the American Hippotherapy Association. She has completed multiple pediatric feeding courses focusing on both motor movements and sensory needs for feeding. Ali believes kids learn best with play and utilizes the Floortime/DIR method to interact with the kids during therapy sessions. She has a background in sensory processing and loves putting together the puzzle pieces that make up each child and family she works with. Ali currently provides services in family homes and the community in Roane county through TEIS.

Bailey Mullins DPT

Physical Therapist


Bailey attended Clemson University where she received a bachelor’s degree in health science. She then graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. She has experience in outpatient pediatrics, early intervention, school therapy, and pediatric acute care. Bailey has a passion for providing patient-led physical therapy interventions in the least restrictive environment with emphasis on family coaching. Bailey provides PT services in homes primarily in the surrounding Chattanooga area of Hamilton, Marion, and Sequatchie counties through TEIS as well as via teletherapy and at our onsite location in Rockwood. 

Elizabeth Fine MS, OT

Occupational Therapist

Elizabeth attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she received a bachelor's degree in recreational therapy. She is a recent graduate from Tennessee Wesleyan University with a Master of Occupational Therapy. Elizabeth lives outside the Knoxville area with her husband and children. In her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors and exploring new places with her family.  She has spent time volunteering, interning, and working in a variety of pediatric settings including outpatient, community-based, outpatient sensory gym, and schools. Elizabeth will be working supporting Clinton schools and supporting TEIS families.  Elizabeth has a strong interest in working with children and families within their natural environment including school, home and daycare and supporting neurological and sensory functioning for best outcomes.
