Occupational therapist/ Occupational Therapy Assistant
Heightened Potential Co. a small therapist owned private practice serving East Tennessee and the Cumberland Plateau. We are looking for a licensed OTR/L or COTA/L to join the team in an independent contractor role. Potential provider has autonomy to make their own schedule, identify preferred locations to serve and number of hours. This role would include providing early intervention services (0-3) in-home and community in various TN counties and potential hybrid with teletherapy.
Looking for a family-centered, independently motivated therapist who has good organizational & interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ingenuity. Pediatric experience is preferred however open to mentoring qualified individuals. Must have independent transportation.
